SHORT TERM DISABILITY
MRIGlobal provides Short-Term Disability at no cost to employees. Upon approval of a claim by Unum, this benefit pays up to 100% of an employee's salary while the employee is out of work due to a covered injury, sickness or childbirth.
The benefit schedule is:
Up to 8 weeks - 100% salary continuation
Weeks 9 through 26 - 80% salary continuation
