BASIC LIFE AND AD&D
Life Insurance
MRIGlobal provides life insurance at no cost to you which equals two times your annual base salary to a maximum of $1,000,000. Guaranteed issue, with no-medical-questions life insurance coverage, maxes out at $650,000.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
AD&D is coverage provided if you die or sustain a severe injury in a covered accident. MRIGlobal provides AD&D insurance at no cost to you which equals two times your annual base salary.
What is included in my policy?
Accelerated Benefit — You may receive some or all of your benefits in advance if you become terminally ill with a life expectancy of less than 12 or 24 months. Life Planning, Financial, and Legal Resources — This service includes will preparation, grief counseling, and up to 12 months of toll-free telephone support for your beneficiaries, or for you and your spouse in the event of a terminal illness.
